Due to limited plug availability, acceptance of new orders is subject to product availability and delivery location. Service areas are determined based on our current delivery routes and logistics capabilities.

Please note that there is a 15,000 plug minimum required for delivery via our truck fleet. At this time, we do not ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or third-party freight carriers. All deliveries are made exclusively through our own transportation fleet.
